Burnside Cottage is a detached, cosy country cottage located by the river in the Hamlet of Iburndale, on the outskirts of Sleights, just outside Whitby. It's ideally situated for those who want to explore both town and country life around the North Yorkshire Coast and Moors.

Burnside Cottage is within walking distance of local ameneites. A short walk into the village can take you for a dinner or a drink at the Plough Inn and if you prefer to eat in the is a Spar shop and Award winning butchers a short walk away too.

If you want to travel into Whitby or go further afield, the nearest bus stop is only a short walk away and the nearest train station is at the other end of the village.

There are also a number of amazing walks in the national park on your doorstep, including a 45 minutes walk to the famous Falling Foss waterfall and cafe.

Parking is not an issue with space for 2 cars on the cottage's drive and plenty of free on-street parking nearby.
